Discovery Harbour is a golf course community located on the south east end of the "Big Island" of Hawaii.  It has an active community association, complete with a community center,  and a volunteer fire department.  It has county water and county maintained streets.  It is approximately 1 and 1/2 hours driving time from either Kailua-Kona or Hilo.
