#50 'Olu 'Olu Condo

Not worth the hassle. Negative: I would not recommend this condo to anyone. I rented this unit for three nights (Friday through Sunday), and problems started immediately upon arrival. The only table/countertop extension was broken, which was especially inconvenient given the already limited counter space. We also noticed that the refrigerator was warm. Initially, we assumed it had recently been plugged in by housekeeping and would cool down, so we loaded it with our groceries and waited. Unfortunately, the refrigerator never cooled properly. This property is located in a rural area, with the nearest grocery store over an hour away, making this a significant issue. When we attempted to cook dinner that evening, we also discovered that two of the stovetop burners were not working, making meal preparation difficult and frustrating. By the following morning, all of the meat we had purchased had spoiled because the refrigerator never reached a safe temperature. Ironically, the freezer compartment was only about as cold as a refrigerator should have been and was not cold enough to freeze anything. When I contacted the host, I was told to make sure the refrigerator door was closed and was informed that she was already aware of the broken table. However, neither issue had been disclosed before check-in despite our prior communications. I can say with complete confidence that the refrigerator door was properly closed and the appliance was simply not functioning correctly. To make matters worse, we found roaches in the extra blankets stored in the closet, as well as roaches on the living room floor. I took photographs of the roaches and provided them to Booking.com as evidence of the condition of the unit. Because the host did not seem interested in resolving these issues and we needed a functioning refrigerator for our stay, I immediately rented a second unit on the same property through a different host.

Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and access to the beach.

unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum🌴 Positive: die Lage der Unterkunft war genial, von dort aus kommt man überall schnell hin und kann viel erkunden, der Hot Tube war das beste am ende eines Tages 🤩 ich werde es weiterempfehlen 👍 außerdem war die Ausstattung top, es hat an nichts gefehlt, Sogar Olivenöl, Essig, Gewürze, Filtertüten,Strandstühle , TV mit Smart TV und allen erdenklichen Programmen, obwohl wir das nicht gebraucht haben, nur zur Info über den Vulcan Erupption! Negative: es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat👍 vielen Dank, alles war sehr gepflegt
