Positive: Location is nice, neighbors are kind, and space is spacious and comfortable, except the no airconditioning. Negative: NO AIR CONDITIONING** Dirty floors and no shoes inside rule. Expensive for what you get.

Beautiful Beaches * Turtles * Sun * Lots of Parking * Great Stay Positive: Andrew the host is a Real standup guy , honest and very helpful , if anything is needed he is right there to answer the phone and help you . Im really impressed with his customer service , if anyone is thinking of vacation at his place he definitely will take care of you . To know your in good hands made my wedding and vacation stay so much better . Negative: Everything was Great !

Overall it was a good stay Negative: Hot tub closed too early

Quiet, relaxing place to stay on the big island Positive: This was the perfect location for us...about 30 minutes south of volcanoes park, down the street from Punaluu Beach. Great jump off point for the southeast side, and really, the whole island. Negative: The sofa bed was a little lumpy (but it's still paradise)
