ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES:  PUNALU'U BLACK SAND BEACH is just a short walk or drive away to see the Green Sea Turtles basking on the beach in the warm sun. The 18 hole golf course rolls thru the property with ocean views at almost every hole.  Golf carts make the round a breeze.  Hiking, mountain biking, diving/snorkeling, kayaking, bird watching, photographing, scenic drives, shopping, sightseeing, museums, restaurants and Volcano National Park are just a short drive away.

Location was close enough to Volcano National Park to be a good starting point. The place has a very comfortable king bed, fully-appointed kitchen, nice walk-in shower and sitting areas both inside and out. Buying groceries in advance is a good idea, in order to take full advantage of the amenities.”

All short drives from the resort: Green Sands Beach, South Point Cliffs, Kilauea Volcano, Ka’u Coffee Mills, and so much more. Greens Sands Beach is the only natural beach in the world that encompasses beautiful green sand made out of olivine crystals.
